◆This is a rental space equipped with karaoke facilities.The room is fully equipped with a kitchen, making it perfect for a wide range of uses, such as girls' nights out, mom's gatherings, birthday parties, and home parties, where you can enjoy cooking and dining.

◆We ask that customers clean up after themselves.Please wash and return the items you used to their original place.(Cleanup service option: 1,000 yen per person. Leave feeling happy and satisfied.)We will come to you when the work is finished, so please leave all the cleanup, such as taking out the trash, to us.)

◆In addition to serving pre-grilled meat, we also have hot plates or gas stoves available on the second floor for customers who would like to grill their own meat.

Please wash and dry any dishes you have used and return them to their original places.Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the trash can.An optional "clean-up service" is also available.We parted ways in a cheerful mood.Our staff will come to you when the time is up, so please leave the cleanup of trash and other necessities to us.

Please be considerate of noise levels, as the surrounding area is a residential neighborhood.If repeated complaints from neighbors necessitate action, a handling fee of 30,000 yen may be charged.Please manage your valuables yourself.We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.

We do not offer temporary storage of luggage or acceptance of packages delivered by courier.Please be responsible for managing any food and beverages you bring with you.- In the event of significant soiling or damage, additional cleaning and repair costs may be charged (e.g., 30,000 yen for vomit).Please cooperate in restoring the property to its original condition upon departure.

*Karaoke is available from 9 AM to 2 AM, and the rooms are available 24 hours a day.
